Ashley Hampton, RVT began her love for animals when she was a child. She
began working at Roswell Animal Hospital in 1995 while she was still in high
school. She started as a receptionist and quickly moved on to becoming a
technician in the practice. There she found her niche in caring for animals fulltime.
Since then she has helped open a new small animal practice and has thousands of
hours of care giving both in medical and non-medical settings, as well as having
worked in emergency and critical care settings, such as the Animal Emergency
Center of North Fulton and Georgia Veterianry Specialists. In 2006, she received
the distinction of becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician, the veterinary
equivalent of a registed nurse. From time to time she helps out at South Forsyth
Animal Hospital, and she also worked at Peachtree Hills Animal Hospital in
Buckhead.

Shortly after beginnning her tenure in the veterinary industry she took her first
petsitting job, at the age of 17. This was a tall order; she was to petsit for a
veterinarian who had 3 adult English Bulldogs and 5 bulldog puppies! She never
looked back and has been petsitting ever since. She has had countless clients from
dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, mice, rabbits,ferrets, guinea pigs, and wildlife.
Ashley has experience caring for champion show dogs to everyone's favorite
hunting dogs. She has even cared for dogs in the service industry. She makes her
services available to service organization foster families for petsitting also
following their strict guidelines for pet behavior, care, and training.Her veterinary
technician expertise is the reason why so many pet owners choose her for thir in
home petsitting needs. Who better to care for your pet's than a Registered
Veterinary Technician.

Ashley has donated her time to the Bimini Love Spay and Neuter Program on
severals RAM visits to the island. Bimini is the smallest of the Bahamian islands.
Bimini Love was dedicated to controlling the population of stray dogs on this
island, as well as to bring much need veterinary services here where no veterinary
services were available to citizens with pets. On this trip she met a fellow pet sitter
and worked for her for 7 years too!

Ashley spends her nights with her 6 year old yellow Lab, Cole and her 3 year old
tabby cat, Goose. She enjoys live music, the outdoors, and photography.

has aged, Ashley has
helped with his changing
medical needs
.
Lily needed around the clock care
due to her have abnormally low
blood sugar. Lily came to stay
with Ashley in her home, where
she could be monitored around
the clock and have her blood
sugar checked periodically. This
is Lily after taking over the couch

Colleen Ruderman, RVT is a registered veterinarian technician with
over 15 years of clinical experience. From a young age she showed
an affinity for animals which allowed her to excel in the clinical
setting. Her first job was at a small animal practice in the Chicago
area at the age of 15.

She is a graduate of an AVMA accredited program during which she
received a small scholarship from the GVMA. Colleen has focused on
emergency critical care and internal medicine and is currently
working on a specialty certification in internal medicine with the
AIMVT.

She is prides herself on being current with her continuing education
so she can offer the best, most up to date medical care possible. She
currently works at a large specialty practice full time and has a deep
devotion to animal care.

Colleen provides her services when Ashley is in need of a day off.

Dante's mom flew Ashley to
California to help he and his
brother, Thor get settled into their
new home. Ashley helped their
mom find a new vet, stayed at
their house and did all of their
aftercare for their neuters. It was
an amazing adventure. I miss the
boys and can't wait to see them
again!
